About the Role

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to caregivers, maintaining relationships throughout the hiring process, conducting initial phone screens, and meeting division metrics. You will also seek out new recruiting tools and promote a team-oriented culture while adhering to company policies.

About You

Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate professionally over the phone, email, text, and in person.
Strong time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

College Degree Preferred but not required.
New College Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
