SoFi is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) to join their team in Cottonwood Heights, UT. The role involves providing administrative support and interview coordination for the recruiting team.
About the Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with the Recruiting team to schedule interviews, update candidate records, facilitate communication between candidates and interviewers, process offer letters, and assist in developing recruiting procedures. You will ensure a seamless interview experience for candidates and support the recruiting and HR team as needed.
About You
Required:
- A bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced role.
- Fluent in English.
- Desire to create a phenomenal candidate experience.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Greenhouse.
- Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
Preferred:
- Recruiting or human resources experience.
