About the Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules, assist candidates with travel arrangements, and maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system (ATS). You will be the main point of contact for candidates and provide excellent customer service throughout the hiring process.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a Business related field, or an Associate's degree with two years of experience, or a High School Diploma with four years of experience.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative/coordination experience in fast-growing organizations.
- Advanced experience working with Greenhouse (ATS).
- Strong knowledge of G Suite products.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent business acumen and strong written and oral communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset to support the hiring needs of engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to formulate solutions quickly.
