- Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within a recruitment or HR setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in using ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Experience in recruitment or HR settings.
- Ability to work with energy, drive, and results orientation.
