Summary

About the Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will manage the student/co-op program, work with hiring managers to understand their needs, source and contact potential candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain knowledge of EEO and affirmative action guidelines. You will also develop recruiting strategies and may need to travel 25% of the time.
About You
Required:
- 2 – 5 Years’ Recruiting Experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Knowledge of sourcing & Boolean search techniques.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Jobvite.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
