About the Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process. Your role will require strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.

About You

Required:

1 year of Recruiting Coordinator experience or related experience as a Project Coordinator.
2 years' experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced business environment.
Proven success in screening and sourcing candidates for open opportunities.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Experience working within Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle HCM).
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Proven ability to work independently.
Polished written/verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Associate's degree.
Experience working within SharePoint.
Experience using job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
Takes initiative.
