About the Role
As a Recruiting Manager, Supply Growth, you will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the supply acquisition function. This includes leading the Supply Acquisition team, optimizing the supply funnel, developing acquisition campaigns, and ensuring alignment with operational needs. You will also monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in contractor acquisition, supply growth, recruiting operations, or marketplace roles.
- Experience running or contributing to lead-generation funnels.
- Proven experience managing and developing a small team.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, CRM funnels, and automation tools.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, funnel optimization, and contractor acquisition strategies.
- Experience managing budgets and improving performance metrics.
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, CRMs, and AI-enabled tools.
Preferred:
- Experience in double-sided marketplaces or platform-based startups.
- Experience working with contractor onboarding, compliance, or activation workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
