Summary
AmeriLife is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join their team in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The role involves recruiting new Medicare, Health & Life insurance agents through a telephone recruiting campaign.
About the Role
As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for growing and expanding AmeriLife's national agent footprint. Your daily tasks will include recruiting agents via phone, achieving benchmark goals, and effectively communicating with potential recruits. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
About You
Required:
- Exceptional phone skills and ability to build value quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and energetic with a high level of productivity while unsupervised.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook, and Google Sheets.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Medicare & Health Insurance industry.
- Cold calling skills and ability to follow up effectively.
