Kutak Rock seeks a Recruiting Specialist, Legal to support firmwide hiring initiatives through the facilitation and coordination of the hiring and onboarding process. This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid work option in various office locations.

About the Role

As a Recruiting Specialist, Legal, you will manage full cycle recruiting, partner with office and department leaders to understand hiring needs, facilitate recruiting processes, maintain communication with candidates, develop job postings, ensure compliance with pay transparency laws, implement sourcing strategies, manage campus interviews, and serve as a liaison with external search firms.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or related field preferred.
3+ years of legal recruiting experience; law firm experience strongly preferred.
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships with hiring managers, applicants, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Preferred:

Knowledge and understanding of legal industry recruiting best practices.
Proficiency in ATS and candidate sourcing platforms, including pipeline management and reporting.
LinkedIn Recruiter Experience.
