About You
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of legal recruiting experience; law firm experience strongly preferred.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Knowledge and understanding of legal industry recruiting best practices.
- LinkedIn Recruiter Experience.
- Proficiency in ATS and candidate sourcing platforms, including pipeline management and reporting.
