- 5+ years of relevant experience preferably in a professional services firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and HRIS/ATS experience required.
- PHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Workday.
