Takeda is seeking a Senior Capital Project Manager II to join their team in Thousand Oaks, CA. The role involves providing strategic leadership for high-priority, complex projects that align with the facility's strategy to ensure the supply of products to patients while delivering value to shareholders.

As the Senior Capital Project Manager II, you will lead team members and secure commitments within a matrixed environment. You will assume the roles of Project Manager, Engineering Lead, or both on any given project, overseeing all phases from front-end planning and design through execution and project closeout. You will be accountable for overall project performance through all phases of the project lifecycle, including developing and controlling scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, procurement, resources, EHS assessments, and project documentation. You will manage projects according to site and company general and Capital Engineering project management governance practices, communicate project status and escalations, and partner with project sponsors, senior management, and other stakeholders.
