About the Role
As a Reentry Navigator, you will manage a caseload of approximately 18-20 clients enrolled in the Behavioral Health Supports for Justice-Involved Individuals (BH-JI) program. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients in formulating goals related to their behavioral health, substance abuse, and social needs, while helping them transition to a safe and productive lifestyle.
About You
Required:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related human services field.
- At least three years of human services related experience, with two years experience with the adult mentally ill population including dual diagnosis with addiction.
- Good organizational skills and effective written, verbal, and computer skills.
