As a Referral Coordinator I, you will support clinical teams, patients, and family members by processing internal and external referrals and authorizations in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. You will coordinate follow-up care, ensure accurate insurance information, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to facilitate patient visits.
About You
Required:
- High School Graduate
- Medical Terminology knowledge
- Two (2) years of directly related work experience preferred
- Experience in processing physician office and/or hospital referrals
- Proficient in computer usage
