About the Role
As a Referral Partner / Channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, activating, and managing a portfolio of referral and channel partners. Your core responsibilities include building strong partner relationships, guiding new partners through onboarding, delivering measurable revenue through active referral programs, and co-creating marketing initiatives with partners. You will also monitor partner engagement and report on key performance metrics.
About You
Required:
Minimum 3 years of direct experience in referral partner and/or channel partner management roles.
Proven track record of acquiring, onboarding, and growing revenue-generating partnerships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Preferred:
Experience working in healthcare, wellness, medical tech, or SaaS.
Proactive and organized with a data-driven mindset.
Benefits
$80,000 to $120,000 base salary depending on qualifications and experience.
