About the Role
As a Refinish Technician, you will be responsible for meticulously mixing, color matching, and refinishing vehicles. Your daily tasks will include reviewing body work for quality, completing all refinishing operations, maintaining paint material inventory, and collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines. You will also ensure the use of safety equipment and proper disposal of hazardous waste.
About You
Required:
- 2-5+ years of collision repair experience.
- Ability to properly complete all steps in the refinishing process.
- Above average quality focus.
- High production capabilities.
Preferred:
- I-CAR or ASE Certifications.
