About the Role
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for assessing client eligibility for program services, completing intakes, and creating individualized service plans. You will provide timely services as identified in the service plan, maintain client files, update case notes, and track client information in relevant systems. Additionally, you will assist with outreach, training volunteers, and other assigned duties.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- One (1) year experience in an administrative setting or within refugee populations.
- Valid Texas driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
- Success in dealing with a variety of people.
- Ability to document case notes effectively.
- Experience providing group and individual orientations for clients.
- Ability to handle confidential client information.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
