About the Role
As a Camp RYSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and daily operations of a five-week summer camp that provides free literacy, STEM, and enrichment activities to approximately 100 multilingual learners. Your duties will include community outreach to enroll campers, revising curriculum and lesson plans, organizing field trips, developing schedules, coordinating with partner organizations, and implementing behavior management practices to create a supportive and culturally congruent environment for campers.
About You
Required:
- Some college education.
- Experience in education, youth development, or community organization.
Preferred:
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in teaching or tutoring.
