About the Role

As the Region NA IT Architecture Lead, you will be responsible for evaluating technology portfolios, leading the creation of architecture blueprints, and managing large-scale technology transformations. You will act as a single point of contact for Enterprise Architecture in North America, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and guiding solution decision-making. Your role will also involve partnering with business owners to develop standards and oversee the full life cycle planning and design of IT solutions across multiple domains.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information assurance, MIS, or related field.
A minimum of five years of experience in managing, developing, and optimizing IT solutions.
Minimum 3 years of experience creating roadmaps and developing business cases.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams and developing architecture recommendations.
Comprehensive experience in Business Architecture, Data and Information Architecture, and Enterprise IT Governance.

Preferred:

MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
Enterprise Architecture industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience in design and implementation of emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, Blockchain).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with developers in an outsourced environment.
