SIMPSON is seeking a Regional Account Manager to join their team in the Northern Midwest States, working remotely. The role focuses on revenue growth through sales of new equipment, modernization programs, aftermarket parts, and service contracts.
About the Role
As a Regional Account Manager, you will develop regional strategies to gain market share, utilize solution-based selling to promote Simpson OEM equipment, and effectively communicate with various teams to grow the business. You will be responsible for maintaining customer information in the CRM system, managing your schedule, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety requirements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience in a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Outside Industrial Sales, with essential knowledge of green sand foundry.
- Understanding of foundry equipment, engineering projects, and processes.
- Proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changes in priorities.
