Inside Higher Ed is seeking a Regional Admissions Representative to join their team starting on September 1, 2025. This remote position will focus on recruiting new students from Northern & Central New Jersey and Metro New York.
About the Role
As a Regional Admissions Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for undergraduates in the recruitment market. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing a data-driven recruitment strategy, meeting with prospective students and counselors, attending college fairs, delivering presentations, and collaborating with faculty and staff to support recruitment initiatives. You will also review admission applications and ensure applicants are informed about the necessary steps to matriculate.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in Admissions or Higher Education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure under stress.
Preferred:
- Experience in building and growing new recruitment or sales markets.
- Understanding of cultural competency and communication to diverse audiences.
