About the Role
As a Regional Analyst 1 Customer Experience, you will be responsible for combining customer quality data from multiple sources, analyzing and interpreting data, and evaluating customer satisfaction survey results. You will assist with tracking progress of action plans and serve as a point of contact for dealerships regarding reward program rules and payments.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 1-3 years of progressive Marketing and Sales experience.
Preferred:
- Previous experience at the specialist level in Consumer Affairs, Sales Operations, Distribution, Market Representation, or Marketing.
- Previous sales or dealership contact experience.
