About the Role
As the Regional Commercial Agronomy Lead, you will oversee the regional agronomy efforts, including product performance data generation, seller training, and on-farm grower support. You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Leader on strategy, manage key relationships, and integrate technology tools for product evaluation and grower demonstrations.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field.
10+ years of experience in agronomy with a solid understanding of agricultural crops and fertilizer inputs.
5+ years of experience in people management.
Preferred:
Strong background in field sales training and technical knowledge transfer.
Experience with precision software and technology tools for product performance evaluation.
