OnTray is seeking a Regional Dietary Consultant to join their management team in Port St Lucie, FL. The role involves overseeing food service units and ensuring compliance with operational and financial goals across multiple locations.
About the Role
As a Regional Dietary Consultant, you will manage accounts within your region, ensuring compliance with government standards, and oversee planning, budget analysis, and reporting. You will create efficiencies in facility kitchens, assist in training Food Service Directors, and ensure that OnTray policies are met. This position requires travel between Miami and Orlando to manage kitchens in both locations.
About You
Required:
Experience in long term care food service management.
Experience in budget management.
Possess all required licensure to serve as a food service director (CDM or equivalent) and food manager license.
Preferred:
ServeSafe (or equivalent) proctor is a plus.
Chef experience (culinary training) is a plus.
