About You
- Active RN or NP License
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a clinically related degree such as nursing
- Minimum 4 years of experience in supporting staff and providers in a Clinical Setting, sales experience, and/or experience as an RN/NP in a long-term care setting
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in handling employee escalations, customer service, and problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Demonstrated knowledge of Current Procedural Terminology (CPT)
- Strategic thinker with a passion for providing support to clinical staff and impacting outcomes for patients in a long-term care setting
