About the Role
As the Regional Executive of Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for modeling the company's values and promoting positive relationships within the organization. Your duties will include conducting audits for compliance, educating Home Health Directors, collaborating with program leadership, managing clinical reviews, and ensuring adherence to Medicare/Medicaid regulations. You will also participate in policy development and provide leadership to achieve clinical operational metrics.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years in healthcare required, preferably in a home health or hospice setting.
- Knowledge and experience in quality improvement and utilization review required.
- Registered Nurse license required.
Preferred:
- Home health OASIS experience preferred.
- Proven leadership experience preferred.
