- 8+ years of relevant HR experience with a strong understanding of broad HR practices.
- College degree required, with a concentration in HR or related field.
- Certification in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM-CP).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, and HRIS system experience.
