About the Role

As a Regional Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for strategic contracting of Stryker's portfolios, including MedSurg, Neurotechnology, and Orthopaedics. You will act as the primary contact for Supply Chain, utilizing relationship-building and analytical skills to enhance the customer experience and drive profitable sales growth. Your responsibilities will include account management, sales, contract implementation, problem resolution, and training.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of industry experience with a proven track record in medical device sales or marketing.
Demonstrated performance in management or leadership positions.

Preferred:

MBA or advanced degree.
5+ years in medical device sales or strategic sales roles.
Experience with complex customers and supply chain relationships.
