About the Role
As the Immunology Regional Liaison Director, you will manage a dynamic Field Medical Affairs team, translating national strategies into actionable plans, driving performance, and ensuring high-quality insight capture. You will lead change adoption, build team capabilities, manage talent, optimize resources, and align cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes for Saphnelo.
About You
Required:
- Advanced degree in Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Medicine or related fields and/or advanced experience as a health practitioner.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience leading Field Medical Affairs teams.
- Experience in product launch development and execution.
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience working in an account-based setting.
Preferred:
- Doctorate in Bio-Sciences, Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, PA/NP or equivalent degree.
- Previous line management experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical Medical Science Liaison experience.
- 3+ years of experience in immunology/Rheumatology.
