About the Role
As a Regional Long Term Care Account Executive, you will develop new business for Eventus' primary care and mental health services in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing facilities, and Continuing Care Retirement Communities. Your responsibilities include creating and executing strategic sales plans, cultivating relationships with existing businesses, and ensuring facility retention. You will also prepare sales reports, maintain a pipeline of sales activities, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or Management.
- 5 years of experience in an outside Business Development/Sales role in the Post-Acute Healthcare industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
- Track record of achieving sales goals and retaining existing business.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Windows 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Sales Force.com or similar CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel daily, with less than 25% estimated overnight travel.
