Summary

About the Role
As a Regional Product Lead, you will work directly with GCS sellers and customers to develop and implement product activation strategies. You will advocate for customer needs, lead sales enablement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and customer success. Your focus will be on creating effective go-to-market plans and ensuring that Google’s advertising solutions meet the needs of businesses.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience working with Engineering, Product teams, or executive leadership.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred:
- Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, and present them in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and adapt to the motivations of different stakeholder groups.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent GA4 analysis, interpretation, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and people management skills.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish or Portuguese fluently.
