About the Role
As a Regional Reimbursement Manager, you will operate as the regional leader and subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting the client’s products. You will lead and develop a team of Field Reimbursement Navigators, analyze regional reimbursement trends, and collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure appropriate patient access.
About You
Required:
- BS/BA Degree required.
- 8–10+ years in Commercial Biotech/Pharmaceutical experience.
- 5+ years reimbursement, patient services, specialty pharmacy, or market access experience.
- 2–3+ years direct field-based people management experience.
- Proven experience with HUBs and in-depth knowledge of billing, coding, and appeals.
- Experience with commercial payers, Medicare, and state Medicaid plans.
- Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed teams.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel, including overnights.
