The role requires collaboration with marketing teams and engagement with key accounts to position AbbVie as a market leader in the Surgical/Interventional Glaucoma sector.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field or equivalent industry experience.
- Successful Sales Management experience with a positive track record in the Surgical Industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a surgical environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in commercial pharmaceutical, medical, and surgical industry.
- Ability to set a vision and strategy, and inspire teams for success.
- Experience with project management and networking across functional areas.
