About the Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing a base of OEM customers and new accounts. You will develop and execute sales plans to increase market share for various product lines, leverage technical aptitude for consultative selling, and promote custom solutions. Your role will also involve targeting key industries, managing distributor relationships, and collaborating with engineering and customer support teams.
About You
Required:
Proven experience in technical sales or sales management within the fluid power, hydraulics, or pneumatics industry.
Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic valves and their application in industrial and mobile equipment.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies across a regional territory.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
