About the Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for account management, developing prospects, and maintaining strong customer relations. Your daily tasks will include consultative selling, generating leads, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also manage a customer/prospect database using CRM, provide sales forecasts, and develop annual territory business plans.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in CNC Machine Tools and a minimum of 5 years in Parts Machine Market.
- Strong mechanical/technical aptitude.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Superior interpersonal communication skills and customer relationship building.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and time management.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong initiative, competitive nature, and goal orientation.
- Ability to travel.
