Summary
BPS Supply Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team in Midland, TX. The role involves leading multiple Outside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional sales support.
About the Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a team to achieve performance goals, setting clear objectives, providing coaching and support, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will analyze performance metrics, implement strategic initiatives, and foster a positive work environment while building critical customer relationships and driving sales productivity.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years leading highly effective sales teams.
- Proficient with MS Office 365.
- Distribution-specific ERP systems skills, preferably Eclipse.
- Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal).
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred:
- Detailed oriented work style comfortable with multiple priorities.
- Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test.
