Semtech is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Southwest) to join their team in Austin, Texas (Remote). The role involves driving revenue growth through demand generation across direct accounts and rep-covered territories.
About the Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans, building strategic customer relationships, and managing rep firms to drive revenue growth. You will leverage consultative selling methodologies to uncover customer needs and create compelling business cases. Your success will be measured by market share gains, customer loyalty, and design-win velocity.
About You
Required:
6-10 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or business development in semiconductor or technology industries.
Proven track record of achieving $10MM - $20MM+ annual revenue quotas.
3+ years experience managing rep firms or channel partners.
Experience conducting quarterly business reviews and implementing performance improvement plans.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related technical/business field.
Preferred:
MBA or advanced technical degree.
Experience with Semtech products or competitive semiconductor solutions.
Established customer relationships within assigned territory or vertical market.
Track record of turning around underperforming territories through strategic rep management.
