About the Role

As a Regional Security Manager, you will develop and execute a regional security strategy, conduct threat assessments, oversee security personnel, implement physical security enhancements, support crisis management, and maintain relationships with law enforcement. You will also lead and mentor the security team, deliver training, and ensure compliance with security policies and audits.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in corporate security, federal/state law enforcement, or the military.
Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
Proven project, program, and vendor management expertise.
Familiarity with security technologies, such as access control and CCTV systems.
Exceptional crisis management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English and Spanish.

Preferred:

Experience with audits and audit remediation.
Willingness to travel frequently to/from/within Mexico and internationally.
