- At least 10 years of experience in operational management and/or service delivery within the Regions for the designated product line.
- Customer facing experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with various internal and external customers.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Portuguese.
- Creative and original thinking.
