J&J Worldwide Services is seeking a Regional Soft Services Manager to join their team in Chicago, IL. The role involves leading, managing, and inspiring a team of custodial services leaders and associates while achieving operational and financial goals.
About the Role
As a Regional Soft Services Manager, you will be part of the regional leadership team, providing planning, direction, and guidance to accounts in your territory. Your responsibilities include building strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving team performance towards achieving KPIs. You will also participate in strategic planning and champion development within the region.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred, or five to seven years progressive experience in multi-unit services, operations management, custodial services or other Support Services areas in lieu of degree.
Strong background in senior leadership roles with exposure to contract/budget management, customer service, people development, custodial services, negotiations, etc.
Proven track record of growing a business and leading teams, along with strong financial acumen.
Ability to think quickly, analytically, strategically, and accurately.
Expert client relationship, influencing, listening, and communications (written and verbal) skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite.
Preferred:
Demonstrates initiative, ownership, multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills.
