About the Role
As a Metropolitan Owner-Operator, you will lead market growth and client acquisition, build relationships with local founders and executives, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue while leveraging TRS's centralized recruiting execution. You will not manage recruiters or build systems from scratch, as the centralized team handles recruiting operations.
About You
Required:
- Experience in agency recruiting leadership or as a top producer.
- Strong business development skills and local networks.
