About the Role

As a Regional Training Assistant, you will be responsible for implementing training programs, coaching new managers and team members, maintaining brand standards, and stepping into operational roles as needed. You will travel frequently to various centers to ensure consistency and quality of training, mentor team members, and assist with recruitment and onboarding.

About You

Required:

2+ years of management or training experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel frequently across locations (up to 75% travel).
Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Entertainment experience.

Preferred:

Flexible and adaptable with a professional, positive demeanor.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
