Lensa is seeking a Regional Vice President to join their team in Houston, TX. The role involves leading a team of senior leaders, championing operational excellence, and building strong client relationships in the oil and gas sector.
About the Role
As the Regional Vice President (RVP), you will lead and inspire a team of operations leaders, drive client relationships, and manage key regional decisions. You will serve on the nationwide leadership team, influence operations, and ensure the culture of the organization is upheld. Your responsibilities will include managing financial results, collaborating on initiatives, and championing development within the region.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university, or eight (8) years progressive experience in facilities management or other Support Services areas in lieu of degree.
Preferred:
- Strong background in senior leadership roles with experience in contract and budget management, customer service, people development, negotiations.
- 6+ years experience in facilities management leadership with a focus in hard services / technical with exposure to soft services.
- Proven track record of growing a business and leading large cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think quickly, analytically, strategically, and accurately.
- Expert client relationship, influencing, listening, and communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite.
- Oil & gas experience preferred.
