About the Role
As a Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for owning and leading the development, implementation, and execution of strategic sales plans within a defined geographic region. Your primary accountability will be to meet and exceed revenue and market share targets while fostering long-term customer relationships. You will oversee the full sales cycle, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall strategic initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Typically seven (7) years of experience in sales leadership and strategic account management or equivalent experience.
- Typically ten (10) years of experience in sales, key account management, business development, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership with strong skills in leading end-to-end regional sales strategies.
- Expert knowledge of electrical power systems and demonstrated success in sales leadership within the electric power systems industry.
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in CRM systems (Salesforce desirable) maintaining and leveraging data for reporting purposes.
- Proficient computer skills including experience using Oracle and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
