Summary
Docusign is seeking a Regional Vice President, Majors to lead their sales team in Springfield, IL. The role involves managing and motivating a team of Account Executives to achieve sales quotas within the Mid-Market vertical.
About the Role
As the Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, coaching Account Executives, monitoring sales activities, and ensuring compliance with internal data management. You will also assist in account health monitoring and deliver sales demos, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
About You
Required:
- BS/BA degree
- 8+ years of management experience with specific experience in selling software
Preferred:
- BA/BS degree in a business or technical related field from an accredited college or university
- Demonstrated ability to consistently generate revenue and exceed quota
- Experience in developing and maintaining effective business and sales plans
- Ability to negotiate and close complex contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Creative in driving business to purchase and utilize Docusign's solutions
