Summary

About the Role
As a Regional Vice President, you will oversee the regional profit and loss, implement best practices, lead transformation activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines, and contribute to the regional strategy. You will also drive sustainability goals and participate in customer tenders, while enhancing employee experience and productivity.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of leadership experience in a large, complex matrix organization, preferably in production, manufacturing, or airport-related environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and change management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (50%+).
Preferred:
- Experience working in an international environment with strong intercultural awareness.
- Demonstrated strengths in process management and continuous improvement.
