- 5+ years leading contract negotiations with various providers.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health plan finance and compensation arrangements.
- Solid track record of hiring and developing talent.
- Experience with risk arrangements and influencing these arrangements.
- Recognition as a thought leader in healthcare trend mitigation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
