About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician/ABATherapist, you will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, providing one-on-one therapy, collecting and recording data on client progress, and collaborating with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and other team members. You will use positive reinforcement techniques and assist with functional behavior assessments to promote skill acquisition and behavior change.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to follow directions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working with individuals with ASD.
- RBT Certification.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
