About the Role
As an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children in their home environment under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities include delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions, using data-driven techniques to support behavior change, collaborating with families, tracking progress, and maintaining communication with the clinical team.
About You
Required:
- Active RBT certification or 40-hour course certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience working with children across different ages and abilities.
Preferred:
- TRICARE certification.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
