Centria Autism is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team in Coppell, TX. The role involves working one-on-one with children and families with autism to implement learning programs and provide behavioral support.
About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will build trust and care with children and their families in their home setting. Your responsibilities include adapting teaching techniques, implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans in partnership with a Behavior Analyst, and engaging actively with children through various physical activities.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Preferred:
- Minimum of one year experience working with children ages 0-18 in a daycare or classroom setting.
- Minimum of one year experience working one-on-one with clients in a behavioral health environment.
